We keep this simple. To send you Incasol, we collect your name and phone number, and the delivery address you give us when we call to confirm. That is all. This page explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to change or delete it, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you fill in the order form, you give us two things: your name and your phone number. When we call to confirm the order, you tell us the delivery address so the courier can find you. We do not ask for your ID number, M-Pesa details, or email to place an order. Our website may also keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address and the time of your visit, to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it
We use your name and phone to call you, confirm the order, agree on the delivery address, and answer any question you have. We use the delivery address to bring the parcel to your door. If you ask for a refund within the 14-day window, we use the same details to process it. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone, and delivery address with our order-fulfilment and delivery partner, and only so they can process and deliver your order. They are not allowed to use your details for anything else. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We may disclose information only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We hold your details only for as long as we need them to handle your order and any refund, plus the period the law requires. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. We protect your details with sensible security measures so they are not seen by anyone who should not see them.

Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete your details once we no longer need them. Email us and we will sort it out.
