We deliver Incasol to all 47 counties in 2–5 days, and you pay the courier in cash when it arrives. If Incasol turns out not to be for you, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee — just reach us and we will handle the refund.

Delivery

• Once we confirm your order by phone, your sealed bottle reaches you in 2–5 days.
• We deliver across all 47 counties — from Nairobi and Mombasa to Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and the rural towns in between.
• You pay the courier KSh 6,600 in cash on delivery. No M-Pesa deposit, no card details, nothing upfront.
• Make sure you or someone you trust is at the address to receive the parcel.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Incasol is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Contact us within the 14-day window.
• Have your order details ready — the name and phone number you used to order.
• Return any unopened bottles in their original packaging.

How to request a refund
