Order & Delivery Terms

This is the plain agreement between you and us when you order Incasol on incasol.co.ke. There is no upfront payment and no card details — you order, we call to confirm, your bottle is delivered, and you pay the courier in cash. Here is how each step works.

1. Who we are

You: the customer who places an order by giving us a name and phone number on the order form.

2. How ordering works

You place an order for Incasol (20 capsules) by entering your name and phone number on the form. Incasol is a herbal food supplement for blood pressure and heart health, taken as a daily course of 2 capsules a day. The order is set once you submit the form and we confirm it with you by phone.

3. The confirmation call

One of our team calls you within 30 minutes during working hours to confirm your order and agree on the delivery address. This is the point to ask any question, change quantity, or cancel if you have changed your mind. Keep your phone close after ordering so we can reach you.

4. Price and payment

  • The price is KSh 6,600 for one bottle, at the current 50% offer.
  • Payment is cash on delivery to the courier. We never ask for an M-Pesa deposit, card details, or any payment before your bottle arrives.
  • You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches your door.

5. Delivery

After we confirm your order, your sealed bottle reaches you in 2–5 days anywhere across the 47 counties. You or someone you trust should be at the address to receive it. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a wrong address or phone number, so please check your details on the confirmation call.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any time before the parcel is dispatched — just tell us on the confirmation call or reach out to support. Since you only pay on delivery, cancelling before then costs you nothing.

7. Refunds

If Incasol is not for you, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day it is delivered. Write to support@incasol.co.ke or call us within those 14 days and we will sort it out.
